A Share Market is the place, where the shares buying and selling takes place. The share were issued by the companies, comes into public to collect the money to promote their business. An individual biuying the shares become the share holder of the company. If any share holder wants to withdraw his investment as Shares in the company, the share holder or an investor cannot claim his invesstment directly from the company, whereas a investor can sell or transfer his share value to any other individual. As this is a global market and millions of traders were in the market, it is quite impossibke to find the right buyer of the shares. So, the Stock market makes this possible to identify the appropriate buyer for the respective sellers on their demanding price ground.
Naturally trading is the game of Profit & Loss, any share hoder sold his shares more than the value of his purchase gain the profit and other one looses his money. A stock market also, allows the company to declare the dividends, ie the amount distributed to the share holders from the sizable profit. Stock Markets performs two different trading market, ie. Primary & Secondary market. Primary Market is termes as IPO (Initial Public Offering), in which share were trade first time from the Company issuing their shares to the public.
Whereas in the Secondary Market, the shares owned by individuals or share holders, selling or transferin their shares to any individual or institution. But, all these trading transactions can be done only through the registered mediators, also called as share brokers, acknowledged by the stock exchange. If any disputes rises over this share trading will be solved by SEBI, with the respective share brokers.
