    Demat A/C stands for De-Materialized Account. It’s a account where our stocks bought are stored in e-certificate format.

    de-materialized account is offered by the bank with secret internet password and transaction password. Share holders can buy and sell shares using this number..

    Share cannot be bought or sold using Demat Account, But we need Demat account to Store Share in Electronic Format.

    Share are bought and sold using Trading account provided by the Registered Trading Member (Stock Broker)
