Fundamental analysis means make a complete study about the company before investment in their stocks by extracting the inputs like the company’s Organization structure , their products /service , their market share in that business , Management and HR policies , future expansions to predict their stock movement in the market so that we could yield more with minimum risk, but it is not easy to do by common people.

Fundamental analysis is to study the company in details for long term investment, considering various parameters like Revenue, profit/loss, loans, growth plan, assets, quality, competitors, policies and plans, management etc. Some of them will be quantitative and some of the parameters will be qualitative.
