GAP is named based on which Zone it appears.

Area GAP; Breakout GAP; Runaway GAP; Exhaustion GAP.

Gap is one of the most important special trading price bar configurations.

There are four gaps as follow:

Area gap:

Breakout gap: is an important event because it almost always marks the start of a new trend

Runway gap:  occurs after a security is already moving in a trended way and fresh news comes out that promotes the existing trend.

Exhaustion gap: it is run way gap which gets filled on the same day.
