if some one quotes a price worng eg.2500 insted of 250, they become the best buyer and the best seller price of 250 will automaticaly be matched and trade will be executed with the price of 250 only.
if quote is a high price to buy a stock market going to be priority list and the trading happen once match the seller price
if the buyer is mentioned the higher price of the stock, than he will be the best buyer and keeps in priority position of buyers queue. and trading happens whenever the price is matched to the seller.
Trade can quote a price as per their analysis. If it happen to be the highest price, then the same is NOT LISTED in the queue. Even before the same is listed the price you quote automatically eligible for a deal. Hence, the probability of seeing such high price trade as part of Market Window is near zero.
