The ideal time to trade intraday is between 10 to 11:30AM in the morning and 2 to 3PM in the noon

10AM – 11:30AM ( sentiment of the market is known and the market will be active).

1:30PM – 2:45PM ( european market opens & indian market follows the sentiment of euro market and market becomes active ).

however in intraday time to start trading is 10:00AM(to know the sentiment) and close 3:00PM (to avoid online rush).
