Primary market – IPO will come through the primary market to raise the fund in the form advertisements and forms. Peopl who are interested will apply for the IPO.
Secondary market – Since the company already invested the money for the purpose we cannot get the shares immediately from the company. We can transfer the shares or stocks to the other person which is called secondary market.
