Yes , We can buy stock in NSE and Sell it in BSE- it is applicable only for delivery based trade, for intraday trading you cannot buy in BSE and sell it NSE or vice versa

it is possible to buy a stock in BSE and sell in NSE vise ,only on long positional trading if the same company exsists in both the exchanges

It is not possible in short position of intraday trading
