Yes, it is poriible to buy stocks from BSE and sell it on NSE. The limitation is company should be registered in both. Moreover, it takes 3 days to transfer the shares.

companies will listed to both exchanges so it is possible to buy in bse and sell in nse

Limitation is that it is not possible for intra-day but for positional trading it is possible.
