SEBI is regulator body of the market, its aim to protect share holder interest.
SEBI plays the role of regulator in stock market. Helps protect interest of investors and ensure the market is regulated.
SEBI ( Securities and Exchange Board of India ) is the governing body for the stock Exchange and they are responsible for
the transfer of shares and refunds to buyers and sellers trading in the market through brokerage firms.
