When both the buyer and seller are satisfied with their price then their is a immediate stock trading.

The time required for a trade depends upon the individual(buyer/seller). But a trade can happen from a few seconds to few hours. The trading time is between Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.

it happens in fraction of seconds. wholly depends on the buyers and sellers price and quantity satisfactions.
